We produce three kinds of red wine, white and rosé wines and an aperitif :
Prélude :
This wine is brought up in a traditional way and aged in oak barrels. It is very aromatic, with a lot of fruit, whose main note is the softness, the search for a balance. It can be taken as an aperitif or as an ideal accompaniment to lamb, veal chop, duckling etc. |

Reserve Borredon :
This wine is made using grapes picked only from selected Auxerrois vines and aged in oak barrels for one year. It is tannic, robust and an excellent accompaniment to red meats, game, that traditional dish of the Midi the Cassoulet etc. |

Domaine de la Baniere :
A rounded and fruity wine resulting from a blend of Auxerrois and Merlot. It is an excellent accompaniment to white meats, foie gras etc. |

Apéritif :
Our RATAFIA is a blend of unfermented grape juice, alcohol distilled from the grape and has no added sugar. It is a perfect accompaniment to melon, cake or chocolate. |

Vin de pays :
Our Brin de Soleil is a white wine made from the Chardonnay grape. It is very fruity, very aromatic, giving a fresh taste. It can be taken as an aperitif or as an ideal accompaniment to fish or shell fish. Our Brise d'été is a rosé wine, made from the Malbec grape. It is very aromatic, with a little body. Very agreeable to drink, it is an excellent accompaniment to all grilled meats, roast chiken, salads etc. |
